What you can build
Generate a working form from a sentence
Write what the form is for and choose a type. The generator picks the fields, groups them into steps and proposes rules. A few descriptions and what they tend to produce:
- "Booking request for a photography studio with a deposit" gives you name, email, session type, preferred date and a payment step
- "Job application with CV upload and consent" gives you contact fields, a file upload, a short answer field and a signature
- "Quote request for a moving company" gives you addresses, home size, a date field and photo upload, with a price estimate that changes with the answers
Each draft uses the field types FormsBuilder supports: text, choice, date, number, file upload and address. Multi step drafts come with a progress bar.
Rules that come with the draft
The generator can include conditional logic when your description implies it. If you write "ask for a company name only for business customers", the draft contains a rule that shows the "Company name" field only when "Customer type" is "Business". Conditional logic is included from the Starter plan at 49 USD per month.
How it works
A draft you can use right away
The first draft is a working form. The demo on the homepage lets you fill it in and watch the rules react before you commit to anything. That is the quickest way to find out whether the description said what you meant.
Refine in plain steps
After the first draft, you can:
- Rename fields and change their order
- Mark fields as required and set validation, such as a number range or a date that cannot be in the past
- Split a long form into steps or merge steps back into one page
- Add a payment step with a fixed price or a price calculated from answers (Plus plan, 149 USD per month)
- Add a signature field and a PDF copy of each signed submission (Plus plan)
Publish and collect
Embed the finished form with a snippet or share it as a link. Each submission sends a confirmation to the person who filled it in and a notification to your team, and every entry lands in a searchable submission inbox you can export to a spreadsheet file or PDF.

Good descriptions make better drafts
Name the purpose, the audience and the one thing that must happen at the end. "Collect a signed consent form from parents before a school trip and send it to the office" is stronger than "make a consent form", because it tells the generator about the signature, the recipient and the routing.
