Every connection to FormsBuilder uses encryption, and stored submissions and uploaded files are encrypted at rest.

Roles, single sign on and audit log
Roles decide who can edit forms, read submissions and approve them. On the Pro plan, single sign on (SAML) connects your team's existing login, and the audit log records who changed what and when.
Backups
Backups and data region
Data is backed up regularly so a failure does not lose submissions. Your workspace data is stored in a United States region.

Ownership
