Take the payment and the signature in the same form
Most teams collect a form, then send a payment link, then send a document to sign. Each step loses people. In FormsBuilder the payment and the signature sit inside the form, so a client finishes in one visit.
- A payment step with a fixed price or a price that follows the answers
- A signature field that works with a finger or a mouse
- A PDF copy of every submission with the signature printed on it
- A confirmation email to the client and a notification to your team

How it works in three steps
-
Describe
Write what the form is for in one sentence and pick a type. Say whether it needs a payment, a signature or conditional logic.
-
Review
FormsBuilder lays out the fields, the steps and the rules. You get a working form you can fill in right away, with validation and logic that react to the answers.
-
Publish
Save your form to edit it, embed it on your site and receive submissions in your inbox. Export them as PDF whenever you need. See the full walkthrough on how a form builder works.
Give the owner of the process a form they can trust
A form is a process, not just a page. FormsBuilder lets the person who owns that process trust every step.
- Less retyping: answers go straight to a submission record, not into someone's spreadsheet
- Fewer abandoned payments: the client pays inside the form they are already filling in
- Clear accountability: roles decide who can edit forms, see submissions and approve them
- An audit log that shows who changed what and when
- Single sign on, invoices and a service level for larger teams

Questions before you start
Why pay for an online form builder when Google Forms and Tally are free?
Because simple answers are the easy part. Taking a payment, a signature and an approval inside one form is where free tools stop. The FAQ explains the difference in full.
Who owns the data collected through my forms?
You do. Submissions belong to your workspace and you can export them at any time.
What happens when I reach my plan limit?
Limits count use in the billing period, so deleting a form does not return the allowance. You can move to a larger plan at any time. Details are in the FAQ.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, by email to [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Do I need a card to try FormsBuilder?
No. The demo builds a working form without a card. A paid plan is needed to embed forms and receive submissions.
More answers are on the form builder FAQ.
