Limits
How limits work
A limit measures use in the billing period: submissions per month, forms and plan features. Deleting a form or a submission does not return the allowance. When you need more room, move to a larger plan. Need more volume or invoicing terms? Email [email protected].
Billing questions
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing is half the monthly price and is charged once a year, which comes to 288 USD for Starter, 888 USD for Plus and 2,988 USD for Pro. To switch, email [email protected] and we change it for the next billing period.
How do I move to a bigger plan?
Email [email protected] with the plan you want. The larger plan applies to your workspace as soon as we confirm it, and your forms and submissions stay where they are.
Do I get an invoice?
Invoices are part of the Pro plan. If you need invoicing terms for a larger volume, email [email protected].
What do the limits count?
Starter allows 500 submissions a month, Plus 5,000 and Pro 50,000. Limits count use in the billing period, so deleting a form or a submission does not return the allowance.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected]. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and we do not offer refunds for periods already started.
Are team members charged extra?
