By saving a form or using the service you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and keep your sign in details safe.

FormsBuilder is sold as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars. The subscription renews each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Each plan includes limits on forms and submissions in the billing period. A limit measures use, so deleting a form or submission does not return the allowance.

Fees for a started billing period are not refunded.

You own the forms and submissions in your workspace. You are responsible for having the right to collect the information you ask for and for telling your respondents how you use it.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to collect information without a lawful basis
• Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Do not send spam through forms

We work to keep the service available. Pro plans include a service level for availability. We may update or change features over time.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend access for a workspace that breaks these terms. You can export your data before you stop using the service.
