Describe the form you need, check the draft, and change what does not fit. Publish it with a link for emails and messages, or with an embed snippet for a page on your own website. Nobody has to download anything, because the form opens in the browser.
Short forms and long ones
A short form fits on one page. A longer one, such as a rental application, reads better as several steps with a progress bar: Applicant, Household, Employment, Documents. Conditional logic hides what does not apply, so a person who answers "No" to "Do you have pets" never sees the pet questions. Multi step forms and logic are included from the Starter plan at 49 USD a month (24 USD a month billed yearly).
Signatures on a fillable form
When a form needs consent or an agreement, add a signature field. People sign with a finger on a phone or with a mouse on a computer. The signature is saved with the answers, and on the Plus plan at 149 USD a month (74 USD a month billed yearly) each submission also has a PDF copy with the signature on it.
Keeping the answers organized
One searchable inbox
Every response lands in one place. Search by name or any answer, open a single submission, and send the whole set to a spreadsheet file when you want to sort or share it. The person who filled in the form receives a confirmation, and your team is notified.
Sharing the work
Invite as many team members as you like, since members are unlimited. A rule can send some submissions to a specific person, so a question about billing reaches the person who handles billing.
