Quote Request Form That Qualifies Leads
A quote request form should collect what you need to price the job on the first try. Fewer follow up emails, faster quotes and better qualified leads.
Use case
Get complete quote requests
Ask only the questions that apply, estimate a price range from the answers and send the request to the right person.
- Questions that adapt to the service chosen
- Photos and files attached to the request
- Routing by service or region
Use the rules from the form builder with conditional logic page.
A worked example
Take a landscaping company. The form opens with a choice field, "What do you need?", with options Lawn care, Patio build and Tree removal. The next step depends on the answer.
- For Lawn care: a number field for lawn size in square feet, a choice field for visit frequency and a note field for access instructions
- For Patio build: a number field for area, a choice for material and a file upload for photos of the space
- For Tree removal: a number field for tree count, a choice for height range and a photo upload
Every path ends with the same step: name, email, phone, address and a date field for "Preferred start". Steps that do not apply are skipped, so a customer who needs lawn care never sees patio questions.
Estimating a price range
Rules can change a displayed price from the answers. For example, "if Material is Stone, add 8 USD per square foot to the estimate" or "if Tree height is Over 40 feet, show a site visit note instead of a price". The figures here are examples only. Showing an estimate sets expectations early and filters out requests that were never going to fit. Calculated prices are part of the Plus plan at 149 USD per month, while conditional logic and multi step forms start on the Starter plan at 49 USD per month.
Sending requests to the right person
Routing rules send each request to the right estimator. "If Region is North, notify the north team" and "if Service is Tree removal, send to the arborist" keep the work moving without anyone sorting an inbox. The customer receives a confirmation email, and your team gets a notification.
Qualify before you call
Use a number field for budget, a choice field for timing and a text field for the project description. Required fields and validation ensure you never receive a request without a phone number or with a start date in the past. A quick look at the submission tells you whether the lead deserves a site visit.
Turn an accepted quote into a booking
When a customer is ready, the same approach extends to a deposit through a payment step, or a signed acceptance using a signature field, with a PDF copy of the signed submission. These belong to the Plus plan. Everything lands in a searchable inbox, and you can export to a spreadsheet file to track which quotes became jobs.
If your team needs several estimators and roles, the features page lists what each plan adds.
