Online Registration Forms for Events and Classes
Registration is where attendance begins. Make it a single clear form that collects details, payment and consent without extra emails.
Use case
Register people in one visit
Collect attendee details, session choices, payment and consent in one flow, and keep a list you can export.
- Group or single registrations
- Price that follows the choice
- Confirmation email with details
See the registration form builder.
A worked example
Consider a community running a weekend workshop. The form has four steps with a progress bar.
- Step one, "Who is coming": name, email, phone and a number field for how many people are registering
- Step two, "Choose sessions": a choice field with Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and Sunday, where each session has its own capacity note
- Step three, "Details": a text field for dietary needs, a date field for arrival if the person is traveling and a short consent statement with a signature field
- Step four, "Payment": a payment step with the total
The price follows the choice. A single session could cost 40 USD, a full weekend pass 90 USD, and a group of four or more could receive a reduced rate through a rule. These amounts are examples, and you define your own. Calculated prices and payment steps are part of the Plus plan at 149 USD per month.
Rules that save questions
- If Registering is "A group", show fields for each additional attendee
- If Age is under 18, add a guardian step
- If Session is "Sunday", skip the arrival date question
- If Ticket is "Student", show a field to upload proof
Conditional logic starts on the Starter plan at 49 USD per month, with up to 500 submissions a month.
After registration
The registration is saved once payment is confirmed. The attendee receives a confirmation with the details, and your team is notified. Everything is stored in a submission inbox with search, so you can find "Priya Shah" in seconds. Export the list to a spreadsheet file for the check in desk or as PDF for a printed roster.
Consent and waivers
Classes, sports and trips often need a signed waiver. The signature field works with a finger on a phone or a mouse on a desktop, and each signed registration can include a PDF copy for your records. Add a date field for the signing date if your process requires it.
Different events, one approach
The same pattern fits school classes, club memberships, conference days, charity runs and volunteer sign ups. Embed the form on your event page with a snippet or share the link in a newsletter.
For larger series of events, the pricing page shows how many forms and submissions each plan covers.
