Registration Form Builder for Events and Classes
Registration forms collect who is coming, what they need and how they pay. Build one that handles all three in a single pass.
What a registration form collects
Attendee details
Start with the basics: full name, email, phone, and date of birth if age matters. For groups, add a number field called Number of attendees and ask for each name. For classes and memberships, add a choice field such as Level, Session time or Membership type.
Ticket or session choices that set the price
Say you run a weekend workshop. The field Ticket type offers Standard at 90 USD, Student at 60 USD and Group of four at 300 USD. A second field, Add dinner, adds 25 USD per person. With the payment step on the Plus plan, the total is calculated from these answers, and the registration is saved once the payment is confirmed. Nobody holds a place without paying.
Questions only some people need
Use conditional logic to show a field when it applies. If Dietary needs is Yes, show a text box for details. If Ticket type is Student, show an upload field for proof of enrollment. If the attendee is under 18, show a parent or guardian step.
Consent, confirmations and follow up
Consent captured with a signature
For waivers and photo releases, add a signature field. The person signs with a finger on a phone or with a mouse, and you receive a PDF copy of the submission with the signature. Signatures belong to Plus at 149 USD a month (74 USD billed yearly).
Confirmation to the attendee, notification to your team
Right after registering, the person receives a confirmation with the details they entered. Your team receives a notification, so the organizer knows a spot was taken. Because details, payment and consent arrive together, you do not chase people for missing information.
Running the list
One searchable list
Registrations arrive in the submissions inbox. Search by name, filter your attention to one session, and export the list to a spreadsheet file for check in sheets, or a PDF for a printed copy. Unlimited team members means every organizer can see the list without extra cost.
Share it where people are
Publish the form and share the link in a newsletter or a message, or embed it on your event page with a snippet. Use a multi step layout with a progress bar when the form is long: details first, tickets second, payment last. See the multi step form builder for how to set that up.
Choosing a plan
A small event with no ticket fees can start on Starter at 49 USD a month (24 USD billed yearly) with 5 forms and 500 submissions a month, though payments are not included at that level. Paid events and larger programs fit Plus, with 50 forms and 5,000 submissions a month.
