Collect Signatures on a Form Without a Separate Tool
If every signed document means a second tool and a second email, add the signature to the form itself.

The usual routine and its cost
A common routine looks like this. A client fills in a form, you create a document, you send it for signature, you wait, and you file the signed copy by hand. Each step is a place where the client drops out.
Put the signature in the form
A signature field lets a person sign with a finger on a phone or a mouse on a computer. The signature is saved with the submission, so the answers and the agreement live in one record.
What to include
- A short statement of what the person is agreeing to, placed right above the field
- The name and date, captured with the signature
- A PDF copy that shows the answers and the signature together
- A confirmation email to the signer
When it is a good fit
Consent forms, service agreements, authorizations and simple approvals work well. Check the rules that apply to your documents before you rely on an online signature for anything with special legal requirements.
Keep the record
Every submission is stored in your workspace and can be exported. The pdf form builder page explains the document output.
Signature and payment together
If the client also pays a deposit, the online form builder with signature and payment page shows the whole flow.
Add a signature field
