Order Form Builder With Payments Inside
An order form should let a customer choose, see the total, pay and get a confirmation without leaving the page. FormsBuilder puts all of that into one form.
What you can build
Orders that arrive complete
Add products, quantities, delivery details and a payment step to a single form. The customer sees the total as they choose, so there are no surprises at the end and fewer emails asking what an order will cost.
A simple bakery order form might include:
- A choice field for the item, such as Birthday cake, Cupcake box or Bread loaf
- A number field for quantity
- A date field for pickup or delivery
- An address field that appears only for delivery
- A text field for a note such as "no nuts"
How totals are calculated
The price can be fixed, or it can be calculated from the answers. Suppose a cupcake box is 24 USD and the customer orders 3. The form shows 72 USD. Add a rule that says if the delivery option is chosen, add an 8 USD delivery charge, and the total becomes 80 USD before the customer reaches the payment step.
How it works
Rules that shape the order
Conditional logic keeps the form short. Show the delivery address only when delivery is selected. Skip the gift message step when the customer says the order is for themselves. Change the price when the quantity crosses a size you set, for example a lower price per box for orders of 10 or more. Conditional logic is part of the Starter plan.
Payment and confirmation
At the payment step the customer pays the calculated amount. The order is saved only after the payment is confirmed, so your inbox never fills up with abandoned or unpaid orders. The customer receives a confirmation, and your team receives a notification with the order details. Payment steps belong to the Plus plan at 149 USD a month (74 USD a month billed yearly).
Routing orders to the right person
Send orders for different locations to different people. A rule such as if pickup location is Downtown, notify the Downtown team can send the submission to the person who prepares it. Open any order in the inbox, search by customer name, and export the list as a spreadsheet file for your records.
Details worth setting up
Upload and signature fields
Custom orders sometimes need a reference image or a signed approval. Add a file upload field for artwork or a photo, or a signature field when the customer must accept terms. A signed order can also come with a PDF copy on the Plus plan, which is handy for deposits and wholesale orders.
Delivery and pickup choices
Offer pickup times as a choice field, or ask for a delivery date and let validation reject a date that is already past. Add a phone number field so the driver can reach the customer, and make it required.

For orders that start with a consultation, the client intake form software page shows signature and deposit in one form. When you are ready to set a price, the pricing page lists every plan.
